Senior PHP Developer / Team Leader- Cape Town
We are looking for a senior developer, with 3 - 5 years hands-on PHP experience, to
lead a team of developers in building client solutions within social networking
environments such as Facebook.
The successful candidate will demonstrate Technical Knowledge & Ability, Project & Staff Administration and Leadership Qualities.
Technical Requirements:
• PHP5
Experience with Object Orientated Programming
Experience with Zend Framework or other MVC frameworks
Knowledge of refactoring policies (Desired)
PHP pattern knowledge (Desired)
• MySQL5
Views / Triggers / Stored Procedures (Desired)
• Knowledge of social networking APIs (in particular Facebook)
• SVN / Collaborative branch development
• Experience with Trac, Basecamp and Wiki (Desired)
Other Requirements:
• Team leadership qualities
• Project administration
• Recruiting team members
• Comfortable working in collaboration with UK team
SALARY RANGE : R20k - R30k p/m depending on experience
