• Win-Win Recruitment provides a copy of terms and conditions regarding confidentiality and fees. This includes details of our guarantee in the case where an applicant is no longer in your employ within first three months.


• CVs are supplied to clients under no obligation and we do not charge a fee for searching for candidates. If you decide to select one of our candidates, we simply charge a one-off fee as a percentage based on the basic salary that you choose to offer. For fixed term contract staff the perm fee is pro-rata.
